Responsibility
Clients have a duty to ensure that buildings under their control comply with appropriate statutory, regulatory, and corporate standards. The task of managing compliance can be complex, onerous, and costly, as the client is increasingly burdened with legislation and regulatory duties. Those with responsibility for the Client regularly face challenges regarding their ability to control and manage what goes on in buildings for which they have legal responsibility.


Health & Safety
In addition, responsible bodies are faced with a wide range of Health and Safety responsibilities that fall on the building occupiers. These tasks are normally delegated to the duty holders of the Client, who cannot always ensure the control measures and routine inspections are carried out, or effectively recorded.
We provide a dedicated support and technical advice service in addition to procurement and contract management needs. We manage these contracts on behalf of the Client, including any scheduled attendances, emergency reactive callouts, and remedial works, to ensure the Client’s compliance whilst ensuring value for money.
